Holiday Alarm Clock keeps alarm rules and personal choices on your device. This policy separates those local records from the three limited network paths: official holiday calendar updates, subscription verification, and feedback you choose to send.

Alarm labels, times, recurrence rules, snooze settings, official-calendar preferences, one-day skip or force-ring overrides, appearance settings, and the cached planning snapshot are stored in Holiday Alarm Clock's private container and shared App Group on your device. ApplyAI does not receive these alarm records.
For legal-workday alarms, Holiday Alarm Clock requests the China region, and may send the calendar version already cached, to api.applyai.tech. The service returns statutory holidays and adjusted workdays from a versioned Cloudflare D1 record with government source links and a checksum. The app rejects malformed, untrusted, or altered data and has no bundled production fallback. Cloudflare and ApplyAI may process ordinary request security data such as IP address and timestamps to deliver and protect this endpoint; no account, alarm label, alarm time, or personal override is sent.
When you authorize alarms, Holiday Alarm Clock schedules the occurrences you created through Apple's AlarmKit on your device. AlarmKit lets those alarms alert through supported Focus and Silent Mode behavior. ApplyAI does not operate a push-notification profile for your alarms. Revoking Alarm permission prevents new system alarms until you enable it again.
Apple processes the optional monthly and yearly Holiday Alarm Clock Pro subscriptions. The app verifies signed StoreKit transactions locally for immediate access and may send the signed Apple transaction plus a random installation identifier to api.applyai.tech for entitlement reconciliation, renewals, expiration, refunds, and revocations. The identifier is not an advertising identifier and no account is required. Apple handles payment details; ApplyAI does not receive your card number.
The app writes a minimal widget snapshot—next occurrence, up to four upcoming occurrences for Pro, calendar status, labels, and fire dates—to its private App Group so the Holiday Alarm Clock widget can render. Other apps cannot use this App Group, and the snapshot is not uploaded to ApplyAI.
A Pro user can choose a background with Apple's system photo picker. Holiday Alarm Clock receives only the image selected, creates an app-local processed copy, strips unrelated file metadata through re-encoding, and does not request broad photo-library access. The image is not uploaded. Replacing or removing it deletes the app-local copy.
ICS imports and JSON backup files are read only after you select them. Holiday Alarm Clock validates supported all-day dates, schemas, and checksums before applying changes. Exports are created only when requested, and remain wherever you choose to save or share them. These files can contain your alarm rules and preferences, so review the destination before sharing.
If you send in-app feedback, Holiday Alarm Clock submits your message, optional reply email, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and up to three screenshots that you explicitly select. Screenshots are resized and re-encoded before upload. Draft uploads you remove are deleted on request; unattached uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours. Submitted feedback is used for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and app improvement.
Feedback requests use Apple App Attest to provide an app-and-device integrity proof. ApplyAI receives the key identifier, cryptographic attestation or assertion, counters used to resist replay, and ordinary network security metadata. App Attest is used only to prevent feedback abuse, not for advertising or tracking across apps. If proof is unavailable, Holiday Alarm Clock offers an email fallback.
Local settings remain until you delete them, confirm a replacement import, clear the relevant data, or remove Holiday Alarm Clock. Exported files remain at the location you selected. Purchase records and submitted feedback are retained only as reasonably needed for entitlements, support, fraud prevention, security, and legal obligations. Email support@applyai.tech to request deletion of submitted feedback; include its reference ID when available.
Holiday Alarm Clock requests Alarm permission only when needed. System pickers grant access only to photos or files you select. The app does not require contacts, location, microphone, camera, motion, health, or account access. It is a general-audience utility not directed to children, and ApplyAI does not knowingly collect children's personal information. Alarm planning is deterministic from the rules and calendar you can inspect; it is not profiling or an automated decision with legal effects.
