Your watch catalog, photos, receipts, wear history, service records, timing observations, and audit trail stay on your device. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

At a glance
Watch data TimepieceSlate handles
TimepieceSlate stores the names, brands, models, references, serial numbers, years, movements, calibres, dimensions, water-resistance notes, acquisition details, statuses, notes, and selected photos you enter. It also stores wear periods, occasions, service providers, original-currency costs, review dates, selected receipts, timing observations, positions, and linked audit revisions.
Local storage
Your ledger and selected attachments are stored in TimepieceSlate's private App container on your iPhone or iPad. TimepieceSlate has no account, cloud sync, advertising, or analytics and does not upload your watch ledger to ApplyAI servers.
Exports, backups, and imports
TimepieceSlate creates readable text, CSV, or a complete checksum-verified backup only when you request it. You choose where each file is saved or shared. An import is read only after you select it and is validated and previewed before you explicitly merge or replace local records.
Optional feedback
If you submit feedback in the App, TimepieceSlate sends your message, optional email address, selected screenshots, App version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest integrity proof to ApplyAI support. We use this only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and App improvement.
Images you select
TimepieceSlate can access only the watch photos, service receipts, or feedback screenshots you explicitly choose through Apple's system photo picker. Removing a feedback screenshot or cancelling a draft requests deletion of its uploaded draft image; unattached draft uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours.
Diagnostics and App Attest
TimepieceSlate includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest supplies an App and device integrity proof only for optional feedback abuse prevention and is not used to track you across apps.
Paid App Store download
TimepieceSlate is a USD 0.99 paid download in the United States App Store, with Apple's equivalent pricing elsewhere. Apple completes the purchase before installation. The App has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, receipt validation, or transaction processing, so TimepieceSlate sends no purchase data to ApplyAI.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you replace them with an imported backup or remove the App. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save them. Submitted feedback is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Permissions
The core ledger needs no camera, contacts, location, microphone, notification, broad photo-library, or account permission. Apple's system photo picker appears only when you choose a watch photo, receipt, or feedback screenshot, so the App receives only the images you select.
Children
TimepieceSlate is a general-audience utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when TimepieceSlate or its data handling changes. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
