TakeMark Film Continuity

Private offline take workspace

The short version

Core take and continuity records stay on your device.
Optional feedback sends only the message, diagnostics, contact address, and screenshots you choose.
You control edits, backups, deletion, sharing and feedback submission.

Production Data TakeMark Film Continuity Handles

Projects, shoot days, scenes, shots, take durations, marks, continuity notes, review states and reference photos are processed on device. Cross-shot comparison reads these records and compares text and photo file checksums without uploading photos or using image recognition. When you share a text handoff, context, both shots’ notes/states and photo counts go to your chosen system sharing destination; photo files are excluded. Feedback you explicitly send includes feedback text, optional contact email, selected screenshots, diagnostics and device attestation used to verify the request.

Local Storage

Records and reference photos live in the app’s device storage. Comparisons read saved content and edits use local atomic storage. You may export full backups, preview imports before merge or replace, or delete local data. Uninstalling may remove local records. Failed feedback retains the draft for retry or email.

Backups, Imports, and Sharing

Readable reports, scene and take CSV files, and checksum-verified complete backups containing selected photos are created only when you request them. You choose where to save or share each file. TakeMark Film Continuity reads an import only after you select it, validates its schema, limits, manifest, and checksums, and shows a preview and conflict choices before merging or replacing local records.

Optional Feedback

If you submit in-app feedback, TakeMark Film Continuity sends your message, optional email address, selected screenshots, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to the ApplyAI support service. We use this information only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and app improvement.

Images You Select

TakeMark Film Continuity can access only continuity reference photos or up to three feedback screenshots that you explicitly select with Apple's system photo picker. Removing an image or cancelling a feedback draft requests deletion of uploaded draft screenshots; unattached draft uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours.

Diagnostics and App Attest

TakeMark Film Continuity includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest supplies app and device integrity evidence for optional feedback submissions and is used for abuse prevention, not cross-app tracking.

Paid App Store Download

TakeMark Film Continuity is a USD 0.99 paid App Store download, with Apple-equivalent prices in other regions. Apple completes the purchase before installation. The app contains no in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, receipt, or transaction verification, so TakeMark Film Continuity sends ApplyAI no purchase data.

Retention and Deletion

Local TakeMark Film Continuity data remains until you clear it, replace it with an import, or remove the app. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save them. Submitted feedback is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Permissions

The core workspace requires no camera, contacts, location, microphone, broad photo-library, or account access. Apple's system photo picker appears only when you choose a continuity reference photo or feedback screenshot.

Children

TakeMark Film Continuity is a general-audience professional utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when TakeMark Film Continuity or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
