Private offline shoe mileage
Your working shoe ledger and selected shoe photos stay in the app container on your device.
Optional feedback sends only the message, images, and basic diagnostics you explicitly choose.
There is no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, tracking, in-app purchase, or subscription.
SoleLedger stores the shoe names, brands, models, colors, sizes, activities, purchase dates, baseline and target distances, statuses, notes, usage events, corrections, reversals, restorations, and settings you enter. It uses these facts only to organize your ledger and create the views and files you request.
Your ledger database and selected shoe photos are stored in SoleLedger's private app container on your iPhone or iPad. SoleLedger does not require an account and does not upload or synchronize this ledger to ApplyAI servers.
Apple's system photo picker grants access only to images you deliberately select. SoleLedger copies a selected shoe photo into private local storage. It does not scan your photo library or request broad photo-library access.
CSV, text, and verified JSON backup files are created only after you request them. You choose where to save or share each file. SoleLedger validates a selected backup and previews merge or replacement effects before changing the working ledger.
If you submit in-app feedback, SoleLedger sends your message, optional email address, up to three selected images, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to api.applyai.tech. We use it only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
SoleLedger includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest provides app and device integrity evidence for optional feedback and is used for abuse prevention, not cross-app tracking. If App Attest is unavailable, the app offers an email fallback instead of silently sending data.
On-device records remain until you edit or delete a shoe, clear the working ledger, or remove the app. External backups are never deleted by the in-app clear action. Submitted feedback is retained only as long as needed for support, reliability, and security. Deletion requests may be sent to support@applyai.tech.
The core app works without camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications, tracking, local-network, or full photo-library access. System pickers provide access only to images and files you deliberately choose.
SoleLedger is a general-audience fitness utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy when SoleLedger or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date before a new practice takes effect.
