SeatSlate

For iPhone and iPad

Privacy at a glance

Events, guests, groups, tables, seating choices, notes, and audit history stay only on your device.
We collect, sell, share, and track no personal, guest, event, or device data.
You choose when to import, export, back up, restore, edit, or delete every local record.

Data the app handles

SeatSlate stores the event names, dates, venues, guest names, attendance status, groups, meal notes, seating preferences, table names, capacities, assignments, and audit history that you enter. These records are used only to organize your seating plan on your device.

Local storage only

All SeatSlate data stays in the app's private container on your iPhone or iPad. SeatSlate has no account, cloud sync, remote server, analytics service, advertising SDK, subscription, or network feature.

User-controlled files

CSV imports, CSV and PDF exports, and JSON backups are handled only after you choose an action. Exported files pass to Apple's system share interface, where you decide where they are saved or sent. SeatSlate does not upload or retain a server copy.

No collection or tracking

SeatSlate includes no analytics, advertising, remote configuration, tracking technology, or third-party data-collection SDK. We receive no app-usage, device, guest, event, or seating data.

Editing and deletion

You can edit or delete guests, groups, tables, and events, or use Clear All Data after two confirmations. Deleting SeatSlate removes its private local container according to the operating system's standard behavior.

Children's privacy

SeatSlate does not collect information from anyone, including children. It has no account, advertising profile, communication feature, or child-directed data collection.

On-device security

Records use iOS app sandboxing and file protection. Device passcodes and backups remain under your and Apple's control. Protect exported files and share them only with people or services you trust.

Policy changes

If SeatSlate's features or data practices change, this page will be updated before a new practice takes effect. The latest revision date appears above.
