Privacy policy
Triple Health Privacy Policy
Triple Health records measurements related to hypertension, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia. Local recording is free without an account. Only signed-in members with active Pro automatically sync health records, notes, targets, reminders and preferences. Non-Pro users do not upload or download health records. Cloud values win sync conflicts. Export unsynced data before signing out.

Triple Health
For iPhone and iPad
Privacy at a glance
Data the app handles
The app handles manually entered blood pressure, glucose, lipids, dates, measurement context, notes, units, personal targets and reminder schedules for records, trends and Pro cross-device sync. Exported reports are generated locally and are not uploaded automatically.
Local storage and account cloud sync
Health records are initially stored in the app sandbox on your iPhone or iPad. Only signed-in active Pro members automatically sync over HTTPS to ApplyAI, with account-isolated storage in Cloudflare D1. The first sync merges additions from both sides and keeps cloud values for conflicts. Offline changes sync when connectivity and active Pro are available. Non-Pro users do not upload or download health records. Pro expiry stops sync without proactively deleting local records or existing cloud data. Sign-out clears account data on this device while keeping synced cloud data; export unsynced records first.
User-controlled PDF and CSV export
A PDF or CSV file is created only after you request an export. Apple's system share sheet lets you choose where to save or send it. The app does not upload the file or keep a server copy; any destination you choose may apply its own privacy policy.
Account and health data use; no advertising tracking
When you sign in, ApplyAI processes your email, user ID and identity fields authorized through Apple or Google for authentication and security. Pro-synced health records, notes, targets, reminders and preferences are linked to your account for app functionality and cross-device sync. Cloudflare provides storage infrastructure. There are no ads, behavioral analytics, tracking or HealthKit access. Apple purchase identifiers, products and expiry information verify subscriptions, purchase restoration, refunds and cloud-sync access. Payment card details are not stored.
Optional notification permission
The app asks for notification permission only if you explicitly enable a local reminder. Reminder text and schedules are managed by iOS on your device. The app does not request access to location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos, Bluetooth, motion, or Health data.
Recordkeeping, not medical diagnosis
Triple Health is a manual recordkeeping tool and is not a medical device. It does not measure values, diagnose conditions, predict risk, recommend treatment, or replace a qualified healthcare professional. Safety wording shown for very high blood pressure is general informational guidance only.
Editing and deletion
You can edit or delete local readings. Only while signed in with active Pro are record deletions and Clear All Data applied to corresponding cloud records on the next successful sync. The server retains deletion markers without measurement values to prevent stale devices restoring deleted records. Without active Pro, local deletions do not sync; you can still delete the unified account and associated cloud data without Pro. Sign-out clears local account records, reminders, sync caches and temporary reports while retaining synced cloud data. Unified-account deletion also affects linked account data in other ApplyAI apps. Delete externally shared files separately.
Data security
The iOS app sandbox protects local data. Cloud sync uses HTTPS; the API verifies identity and active Pro access, restricting reads and writes to the current account. Account deletion does not require Pro. Protect your device passcode, account and exported files. Cloudflare backup recovery may temporarily retain historical database states; after account deletion the app no longer provides access to deleted records.
Policy changes
If the app's features or data practices change, this page will be updated before a new practice takes effect. The latest revision date appears above.
