Data ReadTrail Handles
ReadTrail stores the books you add, your reading sessions (pages and minutes), streaks, page-speed statistics, and finish-date forecasts. ReadTrail does not collect any data: there is no account, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
Local Storage Only
All data is stored locally on your device. ReadTrail makes no network requests and includes no third-party SDKs, so your reading history never leaves your iPhone or iPad.
No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your reading history or personal data. Because ReadTrail collects nothing, there is nothing to sell or share.
System Permissions
ReadTrail works without contacts, camera, microphone, location, or photo access. It requires no account and never asks for network access.
Diagnostics and Support
ReadTrail sends no diagnostics or crash reports. If you contact us for support, you may choose to share screenshots or details, and we use them only to investigate your request.
Security
Your reading log stays in the app's local storage on your device. We recommend using device passcode protection to keep your on-device data private.
Children's Privacy
ReadTrail is not directed to children. Because the app collects no data at all, no personal information from children is ever gathered.
