Privacy at a glance

Mixes, volume levels, timers, tasks, notes, and focus history stay on your device.

We collect, sell, and share no personal data; the app contains no ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

You can edit, export, or permanently clear every local record from Settings.

Data White Noise Handles

White Noise · QuietMix stores the saved mixes, per-sound volume levels, timer settings, focus tasks, optional notes, focus-session history, sound-usage history, and appearance preferences you choose. These records are used only to provide the app's features on your device.

Local Storage and Bundled Audio

All records are written to the app's local sandbox, and all thirteen ambient sounds are bundled with the app. There is no account, cloud sync, backend, analytics, telemetry, or content download, so your listening and focus data is not sent to us.

No Collection, Sale, or Tracking

We do not collect, sell, rent, or trade your listening activity, mixes, tasks, notes, history, device identifiers, or usage patterns. White Noise · QuietMix includes no advertising or cross-app tracking technology.

System Permissions

White Noise · QuietMix requests no access to contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, photos, location, notifications, or health data. Background Audio keeps a mix playing when you leave the app, and the system media controls appear only while audio is active.

Diagnostics and Support

The app sends no crash reports or diagnostic telemetry. If you contact ApplyAI support, you may voluntarily share a screenshot or exported statistics file; it is used only to answer your request.

Security

Local records are protected by the iOS, iPadOS, or macOS app sandbox. Use a device passcode and normal system security controls for additional protection, especially if your task notes contain sensitive context.

Children's Privacy

White Noise · QuietMix is a general-audience utility and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes to This Policy

If the app's data practices change, we will update the app and this policy before the new behavior is introduced. The current revision date will remain visible here.
