NumiSlate keeps your coin records, set plans, evidence photos, and working library on your device. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

The short version
Collection Data NumiSlate Handles
NumiSlate stores the coin names, countries or regions, denominations, dates, mint marks, catalog references, quantities, acquisition facts, recorded grades, compositions, notes, sets, slots, assignments, and audit events you enter. It uses these facts only to organize your collection and create the views and files you request.
Local Storage
Your collection database and attachments are stored in NumiSlate's private app container on your iPhone or iPad. NumiSlate does not require an account and does not upload or synchronize this library to ApplyAI servers.
Evidence Photos
Apple's system photo picker grants access only to images you deliberately select. NumiSlate copies selected evidence into private local storage and records its purpose and file integrity. It does not scan your photo library or request broad photo-library access.
Exports, Backups, and Imports
PDF, CSV, text, and complete backup files are created only after you request them. You choose where to save or share each file. NumiSlate validates a selected backup and previews merge or replacement effects before changing the working collection.
Optional Feedback
If you submit in-app feedback, NumiSlate sends your message, optional email address, up to three selected images, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to api.applyai.tech. We use it only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
Diagnostics and Security
NumiSlate includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest provides app and device integrity evidence for optional feedback and is used for abuse prevention, not cross-app tracking. If App Attest is unavailable, the app offers an email fallback instead of silently sending data.
Retention and Deletion
On-device records remain until you edit or delete them, clear the working collection, or remove the app. External backups are never deleted by the in-app clear action. Submitted feedback is retained only as long as needed for support, reliability, and security; deletion requests may be sent to support@applyai.tech.
System Permissions
The core app works without camera, microphone, location, contacts, notifications, tracking, local-network, or full photo-library access. System pickers provide access only to images and files you deliberately choose.
Children's Privacy
NumiSlate is a general-audience collection utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when NumiSlate or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date before a new practice takes effect.
