JoyDeck is a fully offline activity menu for iPhone and iPad. This policy explains what the app stores locally and what never leaves your device.

Privacy at a glance

Your activities, preferences, sessions, and reflections stay in the app's private local storage.

We collect, sell, and share no personal data; there are no accounts, ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

You can export a local backup, replace or merge it, delete individual records, or clear everything.

Data JoyDeck Handles

JoyDeck stores the activity names, notes, categories, time, energy, and place choices you enter, along with your local sessions, reflections, menu order, and preferences. This information is used only to match and display activities on your device.

Local Storage Only

All JoyDeck data is stored inside the app's private container on your iPhone or iPad. JoyDeck has no account, cloud sync, remote server, or network feature, so the app does not send these records to us.

Export and Import

JoyDeck creates a JSON backup only when you choose Export. Apple's system share and file interfaces let you select its destination or import a file. JoyDeck never uploads the file or keeps a server copy.

Optional Local Notifications

JoyDeck requests notification permission only after you choose to enable a reminder. Reminder scheduling happens locally through iOS, can be disabled at any time, and does not transmit your schedule.

No Collection, Analytics, or Tracking

JoyDeck contains no advertising, analytics, telemetry, remote configuration, or third-party data-collection SDK. We receive no app-usage, device, activity, session, or reflection data.

Your Controls

You can edit or delete activities and sessions, archive menu items, import a replacement backup, or use Clear All Data. Deleting JoyDeck removes its private local container according to standard iOS behavior.

Children's Privacy

JoyDeck does not collect information from anyone, including children. The app is a general wellbeing utility and contains no child-directed account, advertising, or data collection.

Security

JoyDeck data is protected by the iOS app sandbox and your device security. Use a device passcode and keep an appropriate device backup if your activity history is important to you.

Changes to This Policy

If JoyDeck's features or data practices change, we will update this page and its date before the revised practice takes effect.
