Privacy at a glance

Invoices, clients, and business details stay in the app's private storage on your device.

We do not collect, share, or sell personal data.

You decide what to create, edit, share, or delete.

Data InvoiceDeck handles

InvoiceDeck stores the business details, client information, invoice numbers, line items, tax rates, discounts, and payment status you enter. This information is used only to provide the invoicing workflow you actively use.

Local storage only

All data is kept in the app's private storage on your device. InvoiceDeck has no accounts, backend, cloud sync, ads, or analytics, and never uploads your data.

PDF generation and sharing

Invoice PDFs are rendered entirely on your device. A PDF only leaves your device after you actively pick a destination (such as Mail or Messages) in the system share sheet; the app itself never sends anything.

No data collection or sale

We never receive your invoices, client information, identifiers, usage activity, or location. Because InvoiceDeck does not collect this information, we have nothing to sell or share with third parties.

Diagnostics and support

InvoiceDeck contains no third-party tracking or analytics SDKs and sends us no crash reports. If you contact support, you decide what to include, and we use it only to respond.

Security and deletion

Your data is protected by the iOS and iPadOS app sandbox and your device's security. You can delete invoices and clients in the app; uninstalling removes local data as the system normally does.

Children's privacy

InvoiceDeck is a general-purpose business tool and is not directed at children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or anyone else.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be noted in App Store release notes.
