Your constraint decks, round snapshots, timer state, and debrief results stay on your device. Previous DojoSlate records remain separate and read-only. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

At a glance

Your RoundCraft BJJ data is stored in the App's private container on your iPhone or iPad.

Optional feedback sends only your chosen message, contact address, and screenshots, plus App and device diagnostics, integrity proof, and the network address used for abuse prevention.

You can export RoundCraft data; browse and export previous DojoSlate records in a separate read-only archive when present; or remove the App to remove local data.

Training data RoundCraft BJJ handles

The App stores deck names, positions, top and bottom objectives, allowed actions, reset triggers, special rules, round and rest duration, and repetitions you enter. During training it also stores a deck snapshot, current step, absolute timing, pause state, outcome, reset count, and notes. Previous DojoSlate data, when present, is accessed only through a separate read-only archive. The App does not read Health data or Contacts. Participant names, pair assignments, saved constraint snapshots and confirmed progress also remain on this device. Sharing sends the plan only to the destination you choose. Replacing a plan replaces its local progress.

Local storage

Decks, run state, and results are stored in RoundCraft BJJ's private App container. The App has no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, AI, or tracking and does not upload this training data to ApplyAI servers. New RoundCraft files are physically separate from previous DojoSlate files.

Exports and the previous archive

RoundCraft BJJ creates a checksum-verified RoundCraft JSON export only when you request it. A previous DojoSlate archive can be exported unchanged, and an old backup you select can be previewed; preview never imports, converts, or rewrites an old record. You choose where each exported file is saved or shared.

Optional feedback

If you submit feedback in the App, RoundCraft BJJ sends your message, optional email address, selected screenshots, App version, operating-system version, device model, locale, App Attest integrity proof, and network IP address to ApplyAI support. We use this only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and App improvement. Constraint decks, runs, outcomes, and previous records are never attached.

Feedback screenshots you select

The App can access only the feedback screenshots you explicitly choose through Apple's system photo picker, up to three per submission. Removing a screenshot or cancelling a draft requests deletion of its uploaded draft image; unattached draft uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours.

Diagnostics and App Attest

RoundCraft BJJ includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest supplies an App and device integrity proof only for optional feedback, and the service processes the network IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Neither is used to track you across apps.

Paid App Store download

RoundCraft BJJ is a USD 0.99 paid download in the United States App Store, with Apple's equivalent pricing elsewhere. Apple completes the purchase before installation. The App has no in-app purchases, subscriptions, paywalls, receipt validation, or transaction processing, so it sends no purchase data to ApplyAI.

Retention and deletion

Local decks, runs, outcomes, and previous archives remain until you remove the App. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save them. Submitted feedback is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Permissions

The core round builder needs no camera, Contacts, Health, location, microphone, notifications, background audio, broad photo-library, or account permission. Apple's system photo picker appears only when you choose feedback screenshots, so the App receives only the images you select.

Children

RoundCraft BJJ is a general-audience training utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when RoundCraft BJJ or its data handling changes. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
