CycleNest is a fully offline period and wellbeing journal. This policy explains what the app stores locally and why your sensitive entries never leave your device through CycleNest.

Privacy at a glance

Period dates, flow, symptoms, moods, and notes stay only on your device.

We collect, sell, and share no personal or health data; there are no ads or tracking SDKs.

You can export, replace, edit, or permanently erase every local record at any time.

Data CycleNest Handles

CycleNest stores the period dates, daily flow, symptoms, moods, optional notes, reminder choices, and display settings you enter. It uses this information only on your device to show history and calculate conservative cycle estimates.

Local Storage Only

All entries are written to the app's local container. CycleNest has no account, cloud sync, backend, analytics, advertising, or telemetry, so the app does not transmit this data to us or any third party.

No Collection, Sale, or Tracking

We do not collect, sell, rent, trade, or profile your period history, symptoms, moods, notes, identifiers, or usage. CycleNest contains no cross-app tracking technology or third-party SDK.

System Permissions

CycleNest asks for notification permission only if you enable a local reminder. Export, import, and sharing use Apple's system interfaces only when you choose those actions. The app does not request HealthKit, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo access.

Diagnostics and Support

CycleNest sends no crash reports or diagnostic telemetry. If you contact ApplyAI support, you may voluntarily share a screenshot or exported file; we use it only to answer your request.

Security and Health Disclaimer

Local records are protected by your device and the iOS app sandbox; use a device passcode for additional protection. Cycle estimates are informational only and must not be used for diagnosis, fertility planning, contraception, pregnancy decisions, or medical care.

Children's Privacy

CycleNest does not collect information from anyone, including children. The app is a general personal journal and is not designed to provide medical guidance to minors.

Changes to This Policy

If CycleNest's data practices change, we will update the app and this policy before introducing the new behavior. The current effective date will remain visible on this page.
