Your ingredient library, recipes, cost calculations, and pricing scenarios stay on your device. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

Offline batch costing

The short version

Your costing library is stored in the app's private container on your device.

Nothing is sent unless you deliberately submit feedback or share an export.

You can edit, export, or permanently clear your local records whenever you choose.

Costing Data BatchWorth Handles

BatchWorth stores the ingredient names, categories, notes, package quantities, units, prices, dates, recipe names, yields, ingredient lines, packaging, labor, overhead, target margins, actual prices, currency settings, and notes that you enter. These records are used only to calculate and organize costs on your device.

Local Storage

Your costing library is stored locally in BatchWorth's private app container on your iPhone or iPad. BatchWorth has no account or cloud sync and does not upload this library to ApplyAI servers.

Imports, Exports, and Sharing

CSV, text, and JSON files are created only when you request an export. You choose where to share or save them. JSON backups are read only after you select an import file, and BatchWorth validates them before changing local records.

Optional Feedback

If you submit in-app feedback, BatchWorth sends your message, optional email address, selected screenshots, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to the ApplyAI support service. We use this information only to answer support requests, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and improve the app. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Selected Screenshots

BatchWorth can access only the images you explicitly select with Apple's system photo picker for a feedback report. Removing or cancelling a draft asks the support service to delete uploaded screenshots, and unattached draft uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours.

Diagnostics and App Attest

BatchWorth includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest provides device and app integrity evidence for optional feedback submissions; it is used for abuse prevention, not cross-app tracking.

Retention and Deletion

Local costing data remains until you delete individual records, use Clear All Data after two confirmations, or remove the app. Submitted feedback is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Permissions

The core costing workflow requires no camera, contacts, location, microphone, or notification access. The system photo picker appears only when you choose to attach a feedback screenshot.

Children

BatchWorth is a general-audience business utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when BatchWorth or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
