Your bow setups, rounds, ends, arrow values, corrections, void records, and derived facts stay on your device. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

Private target archery scorebook
The short version
Archery Data ArrowSlate Handles
ArrowSlate stores bow setup names, bow types and notes; round templates, distances, units and timestamps; arrow values, confirmed ends, corrections, correction reasons, void reasons, and derived totals, averages, hit rates, X counts and distributions that you create. These facts are used only to organize and review your private scorebook. ArrowSlate is not affiliated with a governing body, does not certify official scores, and does not provide coaching, equipment, safety, medical, or competition advice.
Local Storage
Your setups, rounds, corrections, void records and facts are stored locally in ArrowSlate's private app container on your iPhone or iPad. ArrowSlate has no account, cloud sync, advertising or analytics and does not upload scorebook records to ApplyAI servers.
Backups, Imports, and Sharing
Readable text, RFC 4180 CSV and checksum-verified JSON backups are created only when you request them. You choose where to save or share each file. ArrowSlate reads an import only after you select it, previews additions, updates, tombstones and conflicts, and validates its schema and checksum before merging or replacing local records.
Optional Feedback
If you submit in-app feedback, ArrowSlate sends your message, optional email address, selected screenshots, app version, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to the ApplyAI support service. Bow setups, rounds, arrow values, corrections, facts and backups are not included. We use submitted information only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and app improvement.
Selected Screenshots
ArrowSlate can access only images you explicitly select with Apple's system photo picker for a feedback report. Removing or cancelling a feedback draft requests deletion of uploaded draft screenshots; unattached draft uploads are automatically removed after 24 hours.
Diagnostics and App Attest
ArrowSlate includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. App Attest supplies app and device integrity evidence for optional feedback submissions and is used for abuse prevention, not cross-app tracking.
Paid App Store Download
ArrowSlate is a USD 0.99 paid App Store download, with Apple-equivalent prices in other regions. Apple completes the purchase before installation. The app contains no in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, receipt, or transaction verification, so ArrowSlate sends ApplyAI no purchase data.
Retention and Deletion
Local ArrowSlate data remains until you clear it, replace it with an import, or remove the app. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save them. Submitted feedback is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Permissions
The core scorebook requires no camera, contacts, location, microphone, notification, photo-library, or account access. Apple's system photo picker appears only when you choose a feedback screenshot, so ArrowSlate does not receive broad photo-library access.
Children
ArrowSlate is a general-audience sports utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Policy Changes
We may update this policy when ArrowSlate or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
