Your aircraft, power-pack, flight, maintenance, and photo records stay on your device. The only network feature is feedback you choose to submit.

Private offline RC flight ledger

The short version

Your AeroSlate ledger and re-encoded aircraft photos are stored in the app's private container on your iPhone or iPad.

Optional feedback sends only the message, diagnostics, contact address, and screenshots you choose.

You can update catalog profiles, append flight and maintenance facts, export or restore a backup, clear all local data, or remove the app.

Aircraft and Flight Data AeroSlate Handles

AeroSlate stores the aircraft names, types, manufacturers, models, identifiers, notes, statuses, selected photos, power-pack names, chemistry, cell counts, capacities, identifiers, battery events, flight dates, durations, fields, outcomes, landings, maintenance details, optional costs, currencies, notes, and audit reasons that you enter. These facts are used only to organize and review your private RC flight ledger. AeroSlate does not assess airworthiness, battery health, remaining life, or flight safety.

Local Storage

Your ledger and re-encoded aircraft photos are stored locally in AeroSlate's private app container on your iPhone or iPad. AeroSlate has no account, cloud sync, advertising, analytics, AI service, or social feature and does not upload aircraft, pack, flight, maintenance, photo, or backup data to ApplyAI servers.

Backups, Imports, and Exports

A versioned AeroSlate JSON backup or CSV export is created only when you request it, and you choose where to save or share the file. AeroSlate reads an import only after you select it, previews record counts, and validates its schema, checksum, references, and SHA-256 event chain before merge or atomic replacement. A last-good rollback remains available after replacement, and an invalid import never overwrites the current ledger. Exported files are governed by the destination you choose.

Optional Feedback

If you submit in-app feedback, AeroSlate sends your message, optional email address, selected feedback screenshots, app version and build, operating-system version, device model, locale, and App Attest security proof to the ApplyAI support service. Aircraft, power-pack, flight, maintenance, local photo, and backup data are not included. We use submitted information only for support, defect investigation, abuse prevention, and app improvement.

Aircraft Photos and Feedback Screenshots

AeroSlate can access only images you explicitly select with Apple's system photo picker. Aircraft photos are re-encoded as JPEG without location or camera metadata and remain local inside your backup. Feedback screenshots are uploaded only while you submit a report; partially uploaded screenshots are deleted when submission fails, and unattached uploads are removed by the support service's cleanup policy.

Diagnostics and App Attest

AeroSlate includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDK. Optional feedback diagnostics contain only the app version and build, iOS version, device model, and locale. App Attest supplies app and device integrity evidence for feedback abuse prevention and is not used for cross-app tracking.

Paid App Store Download

AeroSlate is a USD 0.99 paid App Store download, with Apple-equivalent prices in other regions. Apple completes the purchase before installation. The app contains no in-app purchase, subscription, paywall, receipt, or transaction verification, so AeroSlate sends ApplyAI no purchase data.

Retention and Deletion

Local AeroSlate data remains until you clear it, replace it with an imported backup, or remove the app. Immutable flight, battery, maintenance, and audit events remain in local history; corrections append related events. Exported files remain wherever you chose to save them. Submitted feedback is kept only as reasonably needed to respond, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Permissions

The core ledger requires no camera, contacts, location, Bluetooth, local-network, microphone, notification, full photo-library, or account access. Apple's system photo picker appears only when you choose an aircraft photo or feedback screenshot, so AeroSlate does not receive broad photo-library access.

Children

AeroSlate is a general-audience sports utility and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Policy Changes

We may update this policy when AeroSlate or its data practices change. The current version will remain available on this page with a revised update date.
